We have
thoroughly investigated the requirements of the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration 29CFR Part 1910.1200
(Hazard Communication). This has involved numerous
meetings and seminars, including both industry and
government agency representatives.
As a result of these
efforts, we have determined that our vulcanized products,
including calendared sheets, extrusions, and molded
parts, are considered "ARTICLES". A MATERIAL
SAFETY DATA SHEET IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ITEMS MEETING THE
"ARTICLE" category
definition.
If
you have occasion to procure UNVULCANIZED (UNCURED)
materials from us, we are obligated to furnish a
Material Safety Data Sheet for this uncured product
and we are prepared to do so.
NOTE: RadiiTrim System Wall angles are designed
solely as a TRIM system. To the best of our knowledge our testing
of these products is reliable; however, WE CANNOT WARRANTY APPLICATIONS
FOR WHICH THE PRODUCT IS NOT DESIGNED. |
